CornerStone Staffing is actively seeking experienced and driven Inside Sales Representatives / Lease Consultants to join a dynamic team onsite in Allen, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with a strong background in outbound call center environments, particularly those comfortable in commission-based roles.

We Offer:

  • Compensation: $23.08/hour + Uncapped Commission (Top performers earn $100K+)

  • Days: Monday-Friday (onsite)
  • Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm OR 7:00am–4:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

This position drives revenue through strategic lease negotiations, converting warm-to-hot leads into successful agreements. You will play a vital role in maximizing profitability while representing a trusted brand in real estate leasing. Top performers are highly rewarded in this fast-paced, commission-based environment.

  • Call inbound and outbound leads to build rapport and assess lease potential
  • Identify and engage correct landlord contacts for each lease opportunity
  • Negotiate lease terms with landlords and document agreements accurately
  • Prepare and distribute lease proposals and presentation packages
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and internal systems
  • Require 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or commission-based roles, excluding retail and counter sales. Roles limited to purely transactional sales without negotiation are not suitable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in closing deals, not just lead generation
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or insurance is preferred
  • Negotiation experience is preferred
  • Background in call center or public-facing sales roles is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and maintain detailed records is preferred
