Position: Full-Time Leasing Agent

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at Liberty Park Apartments. This full-time, on-site role involves leasing apartments, managing lease agreements, supporting daily property operations, and delivering top-tier customer service to current and prospective residents.

• Conduct apartment tours and respond to leasing inquiries
• Prepare and manage lease agreements and related documentation
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents
• Maintain updated knowledge of availability, pricing, and promotions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and prospects
• Support general office and administrative duties
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications:
