Outsource Access is seeking a remote intake specialist to respond to inquiries within 60 seconds, drive the sales pipeline through outbound calls and follow-ups, and schedule appointments between customers and the field team.

You will maintain CRM data, generate roof reports, and monitor CRM text for real-time updates to keep operations clear, while thriving on a non-traditional schedule and 24/7 frontline coverage.

We don’t just answer phones, we make sure every lead is captured, every question is answered, and the sales pipeline never stops moving, even while the rest of the world is sleeping.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• The Golden Minute: You will be the first point of contact for new inquiries, responding within 60 seconds to ensure potential clients feel heard and valued the moment they reach out.

• Driving the Pipeline: By proactively managing outbound calls and daily follow-up rounds, you turn cold leads into warm opportunities and keep the sales engine primed for success.

• Seamless Scheduling: You act as the bridge between the customer and the field team, expertly setting appointments and managing the CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

• Information Excellence: You provide the vital data the team needs by generating roof reports and maintaining real-time communication through CRM text monitoring, ensuring total operational clarity.

Role Details & Schedule

This role follows a Central Time (CT) schedule. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on business needs, but the standard hours are:

• Monday: Day Off

• Tuesday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hours daily)

• Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours daily)
