California Closets is seeking a Design Consultant who will listen to client needs and collaborate on every detail to deliver personalized, whole‑home design solutions with exceptional service. This full‑time role includes a 12‑week paid training program starting in January and requires in‑home consultation experience.

The position covers the Seattle to Bellevue area. You will measure, design, sell, and coordinate installations with CAD tools while pursuing referrals and meeting sales targets.

Qualificações

• Interior design education or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365; comfortable with laptops, tablets and devices.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Commute to customers’ homes and design custom storage solutions using our CAD software.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain follow-up with customers and coordinate with installation team to ensure job completion.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity.

Job Description

The Design Consultant role is critical to the California Closets Design Brand experience and the relationship earned with each and every customer. By listening to a customer’s needs and collaborating on every detail, this role is responsible for delivering highly personalized, whole-home design solutions and exceptional service. Supported by enhanced training, this role requires passion for design, integrity, and commitment to excellence for measuring, designing, selling, and delivering custom solutions that add lifetime value and impact. This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position.

***This opportunity comes with a 12-week paid training program***

***The training class will begin in early January***

***Must have a proven history of in home consultation experience***

***We are looking for individuals who reside in and can cover areas from Seattle to Bellevue and to the North***

• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Interior design education, direct industry experience, and/or in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience working with laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices is required.
• Previous experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is preferred
• The ability to be creative, yet meticulously detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
