Massage Envy Youree Dr. franchise in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Customer Service Sales Associate to help clients feel valued and understood. You will educate clients on Total Body Care services, book appointments, and support clinic flow by answering calls and emails.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and retail or sales experience; strong math and computer skills, excellent people skills, and a passion for wellness. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services and selling the Wellness Program.
• Schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Day-to-Day:

• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
