Your Role as a Sales Associate

• Sales & Customer Service: Promote the value of Massage Envy memberships and services, and educate clients on retail products to enhance their experience.
• Sales & Customer Service: Convert guests to members and book future services to support their total body care journey.
• Client Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and answering questions.
• Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Operational Excellence: Handle cash transactions, manage client records, and ensure the workspace remains clean and therapeutic.
