LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a consumer products manufacturer to hire a Sales Analyst in the Illinois area (Glenview/Deerfield). The role focuses on reviewing marketing analytics, retail insights, and business storytelling to support the sales team with data-driven insights.

From forecasting to promotional analysis, you will track sales trends, develop reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in marketing analytics or retailer insights.
• Experience with retail, CPG, sales planning or customer analytics.
• Understanding of large retailer dynamics preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel with large data sets and BI tools.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and executive presentations.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative, and curious personality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• SAP experience is a plus.
