Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in retail, procurement/purchasing, merchandising, vendor relations, or retail marketing.
• Ability to manage time effectively and track multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.

• Collaborates with Retail Products to execute merchandising strategies aligned with company goals.
• Communicates with stores regarding merchandising programs and policies to drive customer value.
• Performs day-to-day activities to meet department objectives and develops mastery in one area while gaining broader knowledge.
