Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Analyst to create reports, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making in the sales organization. The role collaborates with leaders on business planning, sales performance analysis, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include data analysis with PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence, and Excel; developing quarterly reviews and planning materials; supporting pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting; and delivering market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analytics, business planning and/or equivalent analytics role
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis using tools like PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence, and Excel.
• Generate standardized and ad-hoc reports and create analytic presentations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze sales metrics and uncover opportunities using internal and syndicated data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Research market trends, conduct GAP and competitor analysis, and identify growth, innovation, and competitive opportunities to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, "Top to Top" decks, and other business review materials, including ad-hoc requests.
