Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent organization, time-management, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance recurring sales, backlog, pipeline, and inventory reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and sales execution issues.
• Evaluate inventory availability and summarize actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support compliance tracking, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Learn Sales Administration processes and reporting tools used by MGX and Manitowoc.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders on reporting and priorities.
• Document workflows and create or update standard work instructions.
• Complete a defined improvement project with baseline, analysis, and measurable outcome.
• Deliver updates and presentations summarizing insights and next steps.
