Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. invites students to a 10-week Summer 2027 internship in our Sales department in New Jersey.

The program combines hands-on account management, sales strategy and Revenue Growth Management exposure with leadership development and networking. Rising juniors or seniors will rotate across Account Management, Sales Strategy and RGM, supporting teams to achieve annual sales goals, analyze data, and contribute to strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Rising juniors or seniors enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to rotate across multiple sales functions

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of CHD products, processes, and systems
• Assist in attaining annual sales, trade-spending, monthly/quarterly forecast and profit goals
• Assist in analyzing Syndicated and consumption data to help deliver overall goals
• Collaborate with Sales to develop profitable Trade Spending plans
• Develop deployment materials for the Sales Playbook
