Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop national or brand category plans and strategies for the assigned project.
• Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop recommendations based on analysis of data from various sources to enhance business results.
• Communicate results, ideas, and suggestions both in written and verbal formats.
• Interact with BCH colleagues across Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales.
• Conduct an oral presentation of project results and learnings to Bayer management upon completion.
