Job summary

Bayer is seeking an intern to support Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations in Rogers, AR. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan national and brand strategies, analyze POS data, and develop data-driven recommendations.

You’ll present results and learnings to Bayer management at the end of the 12-week program. Requirements include pursuing a BA in business or an MBA, strong communication, organization, and initiative, and availability May–August 2026.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business or MBA, to complete between December this year and June next year.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear, concise presentations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, self-direction and collaboration.
• Commit to the full 12 weeks, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
• Availability May 2026 to August 2026.
• Eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
• Proficient with Windows apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Able to provide own transportation to/from the office.
• Willing to travel for in-person meetings or training.
• Relevant experience in Leadership, Analytics, Collaboration, Communication, Project management, and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop national and/or brand plans and strategies aligned to customer needs.
• Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data.
• Develop recommendations from diverse data sources.
• Help the team improve business results.
• Communicate results and ideas in writing and verbally.
• Interact with BCH colleagues across Sales Strategy, Marketing and Customer Teams.
• Develop negotiation tactics to deliver outputs.
• Present project results and learnings to Bayer management at internship end.
