Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to support operational reporting and analytical needs of its multi-faceted business. You will prepare key metrics using PowerBI, assist with month-end close, and analyze trends with guidance from the senior team.

The role requires a BA in Finance or Accounting, 0–2 years of experience, strong Excel and PowerBI skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-2 years of Finance experience; internship or co-op experience in financial analysis considered.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI & AI assistants.
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to summarize detailed financial analysis clearly, with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute key metrics for the management team using PowerBI and working with database structures
• Support month-end reporting processes and deliverables
• Support customer and supplier reporting and analytics
• Assist with financial reporting, trend and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contribute to ad hoc reporting and analytics projects
• Partner cross-functionally to validate integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data
