Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a candidate to support the field sales organization by developing and maintaining sales data and BI reporting. You will monitor trends, prepare enterprise-wide dashboards, and collaborate with various data warehouses and reporting systems.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service or financial services, strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, and demonstrated leadership. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities within Ally's analytics teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years in customer service or financial services.
Prior leadership experience.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Understanding of business data and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc reporting for field sales.
Identify trends and outliers through BI data analysis.
Create metrics and reporting to drive business results and best practices.
Translate data into market insights and actionable reporting.
Communicate with all levels of sales to support objectives and growth.
