Job summary

Winston Staffing seeks a data-driven analyst to produce monthly sales reports for commercial accounts, delivering actionable insights to Sales Managers. You will prepare commission reports for Finance and external reps and maintain contracts and records.

You will validate trade agreements and coordinate pricing updates with the EDI team. The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with D365 or similar ERP systems, and comfort with product setup across internal platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics or reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and dashboards.
• Familiarity with D365 or comparable ERP; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute monthly sales reports for commercial accounts, giving Sales Managers analytics and performance insights.
• Prepare commission reports for Finance and external sales representatives, and maintain rep contracts and records.
• Maintain and validate customer trade agreements, coordinating pricing updates, discount files, and promotional programs with Sales Managers and the EDI team.
• Manage product setup and maintenance across internal systems and customer portals.
• Audit customer portal data to keep it aligned with D365 and other company systems.
• Serve as the go-to liaison across Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and IT for item, pricing, and customer data.
• Oversee price list and item catalog governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Identify and drive process improvements in reporting, pricing, and item setup workflows.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to support strong data governance.
• Bring 2+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with D365 or a comparable ERP (Power BI a plus!)
