Under general supervision, runs computer models and assists others in developing quantitative analysis of budgets, sales performance, departmental performance, revenues, margins, and/or other analysis in support of sales or solutions strategies that can create value for the company. Develops recommendations for moderately complex sales opportunities and problems.

Essential Functions

1. Analyzes, develops, coordinates, maintains, and executes sales plans, projects, and/or programs.
2. May present project findings to upper management.
3. Uses computer modeling, databases, tools, and/or other approaches in analyses.
4. Programs computer models at the direction of manager.
5. Attends meetings that may include upper management and are cross-functional.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years of experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis, and/or knowledge management.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proficient in basic business software.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficient in MS applications including Power BI and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables).
• Understanding of FedEx systems such as ePRS, CPM, CHT, Webalytics.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual pay will be based on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay

• Minimum: $4,908.75 /mo.
• Maximum: $9,072.50 /mo.

Additional Details: The role supports the Private Equity Sales team, interacts with various internal and external customers, with Memphis preferred but others considered. Some travel required.
