Sprouts Farmers Market in Smyrna, Tennessee is seeking a friendly Sales Ambassador who loves helping customers discover healthy food and feels energized by fast-paced retail. You will sample products, answer questions, and share knowledge about our fresh produce, prepared foods, and everyday savings.

You will help achieve sales goals, assist with events, maintain tasting stations, follow food-safety guidelines, and complete online trainings to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts product.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
• Coordinating all event activities, including:
  • Event setup and takedown
  • Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings
  • Managing sample supply and sample product inventory
  • Preparing event recaps via SharePoint
• Maintaining program specific equipment
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
