Sprouts Farmers Market in Tucson is seeking a Sales Ambassador who enjoys helping customers discover products and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will engage shoppers at the tasting station, prepare and sample foods, support event activities, and work toward meeting sales goals by sharing products and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic and customer-focused with a passion for Sprouts products.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales through product sampling.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve foods using specified equipment.
• Cut and sample produce and grocery items.
• Achieve sales goals by recommending products to customers.
• Coordinate event activities, including setup, takedown, and communications in meetings.
• Maintain event sample supply and inventory and prepare event recaps.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
• Coordinating all event activities, including:
  • Event setup and takedown
  • Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings
  • Managing sample supply and sample product inventory
  • Preparing event recaps via SharePoint
• Maintaining program specific equipment
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
• Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts product

• Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
