Job summary

AAA Northern New England in Waterville, ME is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to source leads, develop networks, and drive monthly goals. You will be an effective communicator and deliver excellent customer service while building a profitable business.

This role requires sales experience, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred). Training is provided with growth opportunities in a nationwide club.

Qualifications

• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Potential Earnings:

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $85,700 and $104,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
