Job summary

Ace is seeking a Sales Agent to drive new business and nurture relationships with potential clients. This role offers a $100K+ earning potential through commissions and incentives, with paid training and competitive benefits.

You will source leads, qualify prospects, and build a profitable book of business in a dynamic sales environment. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience, the ability to obtain required licenses, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen required.
