Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in United States (CA) is seeking talented sales professionals with ambition, initiative and a winning attitude. You will source, develop leads, prospect and continually network to meet monthly goals and deliver legendary service to members.

Starting at $28.85 per hour with paid training; after training, top performers earn between $99,600 and $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to qualify and maintain licenses for Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Good organizational skills and computer experience required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, credit check and drug screen must be completed.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
