Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking talented sales professionals in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on sourcing and developing leads, networking, and meeting monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will communicate effectively, both writing and verbally, and contribute to high retention and profitability. Starting pay includes an hourly rate with uncapped commissions after training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Computer skills and good organization are required.
• Ability to qualify and maintain insurance licenses (P&C/Personal Lines and Life).
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, drug, and credit checks are required.

Requirements

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Have computer experience and good organization skills
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance license

• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and credit check

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
