Job summary

Auto Club Of Southern Calif is seeking a motivated Sales Agent in Santa Monica to source leads, develop networks, and drive sales growth. You will deliver excellent customer service while building lasting relationships.

You will start with paid training, a base hourly rate, and uncapped commission opportunities as you meet and exceed goals. A pension plan, health benefits, and 401(k) are included to support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Have computer experience and good organization skills.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance license.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Background check, drug screen, and credit check may be required.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
