Auto Club Enterprises seeks a driven Sales Agent in California to source, qualify, and close insurance-related opportunities for members. You will build leads, network, and deliver exceptional service to ensure retention and meet goals.

Starting at $28.85 per hour with comprehensive training, successful agents earn average annual salaries between $99,600 and $121,700. Benefits include health, pension, 401(k) matching, tuition assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain licenses (Property & Casualty, Personal lines and Life insurance)
• Have computer experience and good organization skill
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Background, credit check, and drug screen completed

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
