Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Hampton, VA seeks motivated Sales Agents to source, develop leads, and network to build a profitable book of business. You will meet monthly goals, deliver excellent customer service, and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Salary & Benefits

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, full‑time Sales Agents who successfully meet sales goals earn on average between $85,700 and $104,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
