Mobilelink USA in Springfield, IL is seeking a Sales Advocate for full-time or part-time work at our Cricket Wireless location. The role offers a base plus commission with a salary range of $25,000 to $50,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Sales Advocates provide customer solutions, train with tools provided, and pursue career growth within the company. The position involves participation in events and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and attitude for customer service.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
