Mobilelink - Cricket Wireless is seeking a Sales Advocate to join our Memphis location. You will provide outstanding customer service, offer tailored solutions, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role includes store operations support and a path to leadership within a dynamic team. Starting salary range is $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 base+commission per year, with training provided and ample opportunity for growth based on performance.

Formación

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store location; may work at multiple locations.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and maintain a professional appearance.
