Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Base+Commission/month

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment
• Stay knowledgeable and proactive about new promotions, price changes, and policy updates
• Perform administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork and forms, communicating with management to resolve issues
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant with corporate standards
• Demonstrate time management: arrive on time, prepare the store for opening, close properly, and secure sensitive items
• Act as a passionate customer advocate; connect authentically and have fun with customers
• Show competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices, and providing customer resolutions
• Balance customer experience and performance goals
• Sell no‑contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast‑paced environment
• Provide outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required
• Management experience not required, but preferred for progression into store management/ownership
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, point‑of‑sale systems, and cash handling
