Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC in Tarboro, NC seeks a Sales Advocate to deliver outstanding customer service and match customers with Cricket Wireless solutions. You will build value by listening to needs, demonstrate products, and guide customers through simple purchases in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a passion for service, available to work 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends, and comfortable using a computer and store POS systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored Cricket Wireless solutions.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in occasional community events per store guidance.
• Assist with store operations and duties as needed.
• Use a computer and POS system to process transactions and manage customer information.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment.
