Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing in Memphis is seeking a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy. You will demonstrate Sony innovations, engage customers, and help drive weekly sales goals.

The role includes weekend shifts (Fridays 2pm-7pm, Saturdays and Sundays 11am-7pm), pay of $18–$20 per hour, biweekly direct deposit, and training on Sony products. A 401(k) with company match and quarterly bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Part-time schedule with 20 hours per week (Fridays 2pm-7pm, Sat/Sun 11am-7pm).
• W2 employment with biweekly pay and direct deposit.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Delight store associates and customers with demos of Sony home cinema products.
• Assist customers in choosing the right home theater gear using recommendations.
• Close sales and help achieve weekly sales targets.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products.
• Complete post-shift surveys and provide feedback.
