Job summary

Sony is seeking a Sales Advisor at a Best Buy in Covington, LA. You will inspire shoppers through hands-on product demonstrations and expert recommendations, bringing Sony home theater innovations to life.

This W2, part-time role offers $18–$20 per hour, 20 hours weekly, weekends, quarterly bonuses, paid training, 401(k) with company match, biweekly pay, and paid time off. You’ll train store staff and report post-shift surveys.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in consumer electronics is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate products and engage customers effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and unusual hours.
• Comfort with using devices for reporting and demos.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Sony product demonstrations to customers.
• Offer expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and meet weekly targets.
