Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Johnson City, TN. You will showcase Sony entertainment products and engage customers with demos to drive information-based purchases.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $18.00–$20.00, a 20-hour weekly schedule (Fridays 2pm–7pm, Saturdays and Sundays 11am–7pm), quarterly bonuses, paid training, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the Best Buy store.
• Willingness to learn Sony products and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Share enthusiasm through product demos to showcase Sony technology.
• Help customers make informed home theater choices.
• Close sales and meet weekly targets.
