Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Sony Sales Advisor to represent Sony at Best Buy in Cincinnati, OH. You will engage shoppers with live demos and expert product knowledge to highlight Sony’s premium home entertainment experiences.

Schedule is 20 hours per week (Fri 3pm-8pm; Sat & Sun 11am-7pm) with pay ranging $18-$22 per hour. Includes weekly W-2 pay, paid training, quarterly bonuses, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Share Sony enthusiasm with customers through dazzling demos to showcase Sony’s technology.
• Help customers make informed choices with expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and strive to meet weekly sales goals and overcome objections.
• Educate store personnel on Sony products so they can share knowledge confidently.
• Post-shift reporting: complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback.
