Job summary

Actionlink, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Sony Sales Advisor to bring Sony’s premium entertainment lineup to life at a Richmond Best Buy. You’ll engage customers, deliver dazzling demos, and help shoppers choose the best home theater tech.

The role emphasizes energetic communication, sales drive, and reliable transport to the local store, with paid training and weekly pay in a W2 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate sales savvy and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Strong communication and energy to build relationships with customers and store staff.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the store.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Sony demos to Best Buy customers and staff to showcase Sony technology.
• Assist customers in selecting products with informed recommendations for home theater setups.
• Close sales and help meet weekly sales targets.
• Educate store personnel with Sony product knowledge for confident sharing.
• Complete post-shift surveys and reporting with photos to communicate feedback.
