Job summary

ActionLink in Cincinnati is seeking a Part-Time Sony Sales Advisor at Best Buy to share Sony enthusiasm and drive demos of premium home entertainment. You will engage customers, recommend home theater gear, and help shoppers discover products they’ll enjoy.

The role offers an hourly wage of $18-$22, a 20-hour weekly schedule (Fri 3pm-8pm; Sat-Sun 11am-7pm), quarterly bonuses, and paid training. You’ll receive weekly pay via direct deposit and access to a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to engage customers with demonstrations of Sony products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be available Fri 3pm–8pm and Sat/Sun 11am–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Share Sony enthusiasm with customers and store staff through engaging demos.
• Help customers make informed decisions with expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products and features.
• Complete post-shift surveys and reporting with required details.
