Job summary

GO Car Wash in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead to act as on-duty leader when higher management isn’t present. You will drive membership sales, greet customers, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional service.

Responsible for opening/closing the site, guiding vehicles through the wash, maintaining cleanliness, and resolving customer issues. This developmental role prepares you for a future Team Leader position within our growing network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed. This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Opening and closing the car wash according to GO’s standard operating procedures.

Compensation

Our Sales Advisor Leads generally earn $13.50 per hour, which includes base pay of $11.50/hour with an average of $2.00/hour in commission for membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more!
