Job summary

Morgan Auto Group's Tallahassee CDJR is hiring Sales Advisors to join a fast-paced, performance-driven team where upbeat attitudes and solution-focused service are rewarded.

Average pay range is 75k–150k per year, with potential to earn more based on skill and effort. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for experienced applicants.

We offer major medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, 401k with company participation, and training for advancement. Saturdays and some Sundays required.

Qualifications

• Previous car sales experience ideal but not required.
• Must be professional with a confident attitude.
• Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.
• Efficient with Time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 call per day.
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Positive, flexible and process-oriented.
• Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
• Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping.
• Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience.
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Quick thinker and learner.
• Previous call center experience (an asset but not required).
• An interest in the automotive industry.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Team Members Attentiveness.
• Saturdays required and some Sundays
