Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team at 1250 S. State Rd. 7, North Lauderdale, FL. The role focuses on selling LUV memberships, educating customers on promotions, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

As a Service Advisor, you will build positive relationships, achieve sales targets, and stay informed on current promotions and company policies. This full-time position reports to the General Manager and offers a structured benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or retail sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept 2021 and has rapidly grown to over 70 locations in 6 states: CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, NJ. We are looking to add a Service Advisor to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

Essential Functions

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position and stay updated on company policies through appropriate sources.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
