Job summary

Mike’s Bikes is hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to connect with customers and share their love of cycling. You’ll help customers find the perfect riding setup, close sales, and build lasting relationships using our CRM.

Starting pay is $18–$26 per hour, plus a bi-weekly bonus potential. Full-time employees receive medical and dental benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) with company matching, and generous employee discounts on gear and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• A working knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear.
• Confident in using a POS system, CRM tools, and basic office tech like Google Workspace.
• Competitive and motivated by clear goals.
• Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone.

Requirements

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
