We're seeking a Sales Advisor—a senior-level expert with deep experience in tech sales—to guide and advise our sales team on a part-time, contract basis (a few hours per week).

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on enterprise sales strategies, go-to-market approaches, deal structure, and sales team development.

Expert Insight: Share deep knowledge of enterprise tech sales, helping our team navigate complex sales cycles, pricing strategies, and customer relationships.

Mentorship: Offer mentorship and coaching to the sales leadership, supporting their growth and effectiveness in executing sales strategies.

Network Access: Leverage your extensive network to facilitate strategic introductions and accelerate Focus AI’s entry into key enterprise accounts.

Thought Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, regularly collaborating with founders and sales leadership to refine sales plans and overcome strategic challenges.

You Bring:

  • Deep Tech Sales Experience: Extensive senior-level experience successfully selling SaaS or technology solutions into enterprise markets.

Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and advise on sophisticated sales strategies, positioning products effectively in complex enterprise environments.

Mentorship and Advisory Skills: Proven experience providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and coaching to sales teams and leadership.

Extensive Network: Strong existing relationships and credibility within enterprise companies, facilitating introductions and strategic partnerships.

Flexible Availability: Ability to engage in a flexible, part-time, contract capacity, dedicating a few hours per week to advisory activities.
