Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a high-energy Membership Sales Specialist at our Healdsburg location. You will present, promote and sell LUV membership passes, building positive customer relationships and driving sales targets.

As a key member of the team, you will educate customers on promotions and products, nurture relationships, and contribute to a friendly, efficient service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in membership sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes to customers and explain benefits within a retail setting.

Essential Functions

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
