Job summary

LUV Car Wash is hiring for a membership sales role. The position focuses on presenting, promoting, and selling LUV memberships, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will educate customers on promotions and services to ensure a positive experience. A proactive, feedback-friendly sales approach is needed.

We value motivated individuals with excellent negotiation and communication skills who can drive membership growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or subscription programs.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Essential Functions

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
