Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Associate in Las Vegas to join our team and help grow our membership base. You will present, promote and sell LUV memberships, build relationships with customers, and help deliver a standout service experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will educate customers on promotions, explain benefits, and work toward sales targets while representing a culture that values teamwork, urgency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in membership sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.

Essential Functions

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
