Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School, a Premier National Commercial Truck Driver Training School and a subsidiary of Werner Enterprises, Inc., is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our team.

You will engage with leads and inquiries to enroll prospective students into our Commercial Truck Driver Training Program, guiding applicants through the admissions process with support from a stable, growth‑oriented organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or admissions
• CRM experience preferred; basic computer skills required
• Ability to communicate Roadmaster’s mission, goals and course offerings
• Professional office/school environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Energetic, positive attitude with passion for helping others through career training
• Able to obtain/state licensure as required by regulations
• Demonstrated ability to enroll students into Roadmaster’s programs

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leads and inquiries to enroll prospective students
• Maintain and utilize CRM records for applicants
• Guide applicants through the admissions process and program offerings
• Collaborate with admissions team to meet enrollment targets
• Represent Roadmaster in a professional, supportive manner

Job Description

As an Admission Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with Roadmaster leads and inquiries in order to enroll interested prospective students into Roadmaster’s Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. You will be involved daily with helping individuals improve their lives and income through career training while enjoying a stable and rewarding position with an organization that rewards best in class performers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or admissions experience
• Salesforce® or CRM experience strongly preferred, basic computer skills required
• Ability to professionally and effectively communicate Roadmaster’s mission, goals and course offerings to applicants through both verbal and non-verbal communication
• Ability to work in a professional office and school environment
• College degree preferred, minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• High energy with a positive attitude and passion for overcoming challenges and helping individuals improve their lives through career training
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by applicable state regulations
• Possess demonstrated knowledge, skills and leadership ability to perform the duties of enrolling students into Roadmaster’s programs
