Job summary

The Juris Agency in Fairview, OR is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage inbound and outbound opportunity flow. The role blends active selling with essential clerical support, including maintaining CRM data and renewals to protect retention.

You’ll follow up leads, prepare quotes, close personal lines and small commercial accounts, and handle endorsements and policy changes. On-site work and a valid Oregon property & casualty license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Oregon Property & Casualty producer license (required).
• Comfortable selling on the phone and in person.
• Organized with strong follow-up and paperwork.
• Reliable transportation; on-site work in Fairview.
• Basic computer skills; quick learner of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales (about 70%): follow up leads, quotes, and close personal lines and small commercial accounts.
• Cross-sell and round out existing policies when it makes sense.
• Work renewals early to protect retention.
• Log activity to keep the pipeline visible.
• Clerical/office (about 30%): process endorsements, certificates, ID cards, billing questions, and policy changes.
• Prepare new-business and renewal files so they’re complete and ready to bind.
• Keep the AMS/CRM current with notes and documents.
• Answer phones and handle basic office coordination.
