Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Lake City, FL is seeking a Sales Administrator to support production scheduling, order entry, and dealer coordination. This full-time, on-site role offers benefits and a stable manufacturing environment. You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm and interact with finance providers as needed.

Ideal candidates have a GED or HS diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, plus proficiency in Excel and Word and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Sales support and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare yard sheets, schedule home production, and enter orders into the computer.
Arrange financing with appropriate finance companies for sales when needed.
Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
Enters payments received on homes.
Types Data Plates and Packs for homes.
Dispatches homes to Dealer and attaches permits.
Prepares State reports for all homes.
Answers phone calls and general filing.
Prepares weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.
