The ideal candidate will manage yard sheets for production, coordinate financing, invoice homes, and dispatch them to dealers with proper permits. Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yard sheets, schedule home production, and enter orders into the computer.
• Arrange financing with appropriate finance companies for sales when needed.
• Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
• Enter payments received on homes.
• Types Data Plates and Packs for homes.
• Dispatches homes to Dealer and attaches permits.
• Prepares State reports for all homes.
• Answers phone calls and general filing.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.
