Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Millen, GA is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team in our manufacturing facility. The role requires strong Excel and Word skills and the ability to manage production schedules, order entry, and related administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (GED) with 1–2 years of related experience, is detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service and sales support.

Qualifications

• Able to prepare yard sheets and production schedules.
• Sales support or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yard sheets, schedule home production, and enter orders into the computer.
• Dispatches homes to Dealer and attaches permits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.
• Answers phone calls and general filing.
• Arrange financing with appropriate finance companies for sales when needed.
• Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
• Enters payments received on homes.
• Prepares State reports for all homes.

Summary:

Prepares yard sheets, schedules homes for production, enters orders into the computer and dispatches homes when they are ready for shipping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Types Data Plates and Packs for homes.
• Dispatches homes to Dealer and attaches permits.
• Prepares State reports for all homes.
• Answers phone calls and general filing.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.

Education And/or Experience
