UBEO Business Services, Rocky Hill, CT, seeks a Branch Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the sales team, review order packets, and manage documents within workflow systems.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and ERP/ECM software, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Review order packets and ensure clean paperwork.
• Scan/index documents into workflow and perform clerical tasks.
• Generate orders and paperwork for equipment pickup/relocation.
• Coordinate buyouts and credit approvals with sales.
• Communicate status with Order Processors.
• Assist with open house events and product shows.
• Other duties as assigned.

UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

Reports To: Sales Administration Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time / Hourly

Purpose

The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team.

Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the sales team, reviews order packets, scans/indexes required documents into workflow and performs other clerical functions.

• Provides administrative and clerical support to sales professionals
• Liaison between sales teams and back office teams
• Ensures clean order packets are being submitted
• Generate “orders” and paperwork for picking up and relocating equipment at customer sites
• Obtain buyouts and credit approvals as requested from sales team
• Communicate with Order Processors regarding the status of open sales orders
• Help with open house events and product shows
• Other duties as assigned
